A Harvard Business Review survey of 1,250 top executives published in 1979, for example, showed that most had been mentored or sponsored and that those who received such assistance reported higher income, a better education, a quicker path to achievement, and more job satisfaction than those who did not.
Mentoring Programs of the Multicultural Chamber of Commerce are unique & effective ways to develop special relationship between a mature, knowledgeable & experienced Mentor, providing a ‘Role Model’ and a Mentee, who is passionate about learning, experiencing and advancing his/her career.
MCC Mentorship Programs are designed for both.
If you are a corporation, association or a community oganization, looking for, or willing to provideMentorship to youth or adults, please let us know and we would find pre-screened candidates for your consideration. While some Mentees expect reasonable compensation, many others are happy to have this opportunity to learn and work pro-bono as a volunteer. Volunteering is often considered an important pathway to land a job.
